At Janssen Mattresses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sleep experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Our team will review your request to ensure the mattress or accessory is still in its original factory-sealed condition for hygiene safety.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our logistics team to collect the item directly from your home.

  Receive Refund

  After the item arrives back at our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
